Turnkept is currently free to use. No card is required and the app does not collect payments or automatically charge you for a plan.
What you can do
Track dated renewals, invite clients, collect renewal decisions, send budgets for approval and record payments you have confirmed. Keep separate totals for each currency and subscribe to renewal calendars.
Practical limits
Daily limits apply to invitations, new workspaces, imports and forwarded emails to prevent abuse and keep the service available. The app explains limits reached during invitations and imports. If a forwarded email does not appear, check with support before forwarding it again. Top-up alerts for usage-based balances are not available yet.
Your vendor costs stay separate
Hosting, domains and other subscriptions are still paid to their vendors. Recording a payment in Turnkept does not move money or renew a vendor service.
