Using Turnkept

What the service does
Turnkept helps you track renewals, send reminders, collect decisions and record payments. It does not process payments or act as your domain registrar, hosting provider or subscription vendor. Approving a renewal or recording payment does not itself renew a service. A cancellation request does not cancel a vendor subscription.
Your responsibilities
Enter information you are entitled to use, invite only the intended recipients and keep access links private. Check dates, prices, extracted information and vendor cancellation deadlines. Confirm payment and completion with the vendor. Do not use the service to send spam, mislead recipients or access another person's records without permission.
Availability and reminders
The service is currently free, with usage limits to prevent abuse. Delivery problems, incorrect addresses, vendor changes and service interruptions can affect reminders. Keep another way to check critical deadlines and use your vendor account to confirm the current status.
Access and your records
Workspace owners manage team access. Agencies manage their client contacts and portal permissions. Archiving preserves history and stops future tracking. Contact support if you need an export or deletion, or believe access has been granted incorrectly.
