Your information in Turnkept

Updated 19 October 2026

What we keep and why

We store your sign-in email, workspace and contact details, services, renewal dates, decisions, budget records and payment records you enter. This lets us show your renewals, send the reminders you configure and keep a history of changes. Forwarded emails and imported documents may contain information you choose to share.

Who can see it

Workspace members can access their workspace records. Client portal access is limited to the clients linked to a contact address. Vendor costs and agency margins stay private to the workspace. People with access to a private calendar link can read its calendar, so keep that link private.

Services that help us run the app

The app runs on a hosted server and database. Email is delivered through Resend, and off-site backups use Backblaze B2. When the optional AI reader is enabled, imported PDFs and forwarded-email content are sent to Anthropic for extraction. Review suggested values before applying them. Public expiry lookups send the domain or hostname being checked to the relevant lookup service.

Cookies and security records

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your active workspace. Sign-in requests and activity records help prevent abuse and investigate problems. Email action links and private calendar links grant access to specific information; do not share them publicly.

Keeping and removing information

Records and their history remain available while they are needed to provide the service. Archiving stops tracking but preserves history. Removing a contact stops their portal access. Deleting active records does not immediately remove copies in existing backups, which expire under the backup schedule.

Your questions and requests

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, email support@turnkept.com from your sign-in address. We may verify your access before making changes. If an agency entered your information, you can also contact that agency about its use of your records.
